Did we mention 5 minute walk to beach access? :) 3 vehicles can comfortably park in the driveway, and free street parking is also available. The main floor (2nd floor) is a bright, open concept living area where guests will not be hindered by walls separating the kitchen/dining/living room. The main floor offers one bedroom with a queen bed and lounge couch, a bathroom, and laundry room with washer/dryer. The main floor is your primary entryway.. The top floor has two bedrooms. The master has a king bed, balcony with a gulf view, and double vanity private bathroom. The other bedroom features a queen bed with it's own private bathroom. The ground floor has two bedrooms. One king bedroom with pool access, a deck, private bathroom, and a small desk. The other bedroom is the converted and newly updated kids bunkroom. This vibrant and playful room is perfect for families with little ones. Designed to spark imagination, it features a whimsical boat-shaped bunk bed, complete with a steering wheel and safety netting. The lower bunk mimics a ship's cabin, ensuring a cozy retreat with two full beds. In addition, separate full over full bunk beds offer extra sleeping space. Plush bean bags provide a comfy spot for relaxation or playtime and includes a tv for entertainment. Enjoy lounge chairs and a sizable deck to grill out and relax! This house will comfortably sleep up 16 guests (No more than 12 adults recommended because of limited dining room seating, bathroom sharing, and limited privacy on the ground floor - the bunk room sleeps 8) Entry/exit to main floor requires you to go up the stairs. There is an outside shower on the back side of the house to help you rinse off the sand after the beach. The bunk room on the ground floor is a converted garage, and although it doesn't have windows it boasts high ceilings, is has it's own wall-mounted HVAC unit and is a large space. You will hear a fair amount of road noise while enjoying enjoying your time outside at the pool or on the decks/balconies. (This house sits on the north side of scenic highway 30A). This quiets down late at night and should not disturb your sleep. The ground floor nautical king bedroom has the main indoor access to the outside pool (there is also an outside entry to the pool area). The living room TV has the cable box and is equipped with a basic array of channels. The TVs in the bedrooms are WiFi connected so you can log into your own Netflix, Amazon or other streaming app accounts.
